The Worship Conference You Should Attend This Summer

WorshipGodTriuneKristen and I love Sovereign Grace Music. We’ve learned so much from Bob Kauflin, through his book Worship Matters, his blog of the same name, through conferences and workshops, and face-to-face interaction. We’ve been fortunate to do ministry with Sovereign Grace worship artists, as well. Devon Kauflin sang a duet with Kristen on “God Of All Comfort” from Parker’s Mercy Brigade. And Sovereign Grace drummer Jared Hoffman played throughout the album. Also, I’ve written songs with Sovereign Grace writers Rebecca Elliott (Let Justice Roll, All I Have Is Yours) and Neil Degraide (We Are Changed, Warrior).

So we felt honored (and even floored) when Bob Kauflin asked us to participate in WorshipGod 2015 East: Triune this summer. Like everything else they do, the WorshipGod conferences are amazing. We hope you’ll join us in Louisville for this event.

Kristen will sing a couple songs during the mainstage session Thursday evening, July 30 (CJ Mahaney will preach “Knowing God As Father: The Miracle Of Adoption” during this session). Other music makers include Dustin Kensrue, Michael Bleecker, Matt Boswell, and DOXA from Epiphany Fellowship in Philadelphia, as well as the Sovereign Grace artists.

Check out the full list of speakers here. And besides the mainstage sessions, you’ll find workshops and seminars for vocalists, musicians, songwriters, sound techs and more.

You can read about Bob’s heart for this conference at WorshipMatters, here. Kristen and I can’t wait to see you at WorshipGod East: Triune.
