Have you asked God to give you a husband and He has not replied? Wait expectantly for the Lord your Keeper, your Maker, your Husband. You can trust His love and wisdom.

Are you married and God has closed your womb? Wait expectantly for the God of Your Womb. You can trust His love and wisdom.

Are you foster-parenting children? Wait expectantly for the Lord who places the lonely in families. You can trust His love and wisdom.

Has God opened and filled your womb? Wait expectantly for the Lord who is carrying you and your little one. You can trust His love and wisdom.

Have you opened your heart and home to orphans? Are you hoping and working to adopt little ones? Wait expectantly for the Father who has welcomed and adopted you. You can trust His love and wisdom.

Have you carried children who are now in heaven? Wait expectantly for the God of Heaven who’s safely keeping your babies and will grant your heart’s desire to know and enjoy them. You can trust his love and wisdom.

Are you a widow or an orphan? Wait expectantly for the Defender of Orphans and Widows. You can trust His love and wisdom.

Are you exhausted from caring for your children? Wait expectantly for the Lord who never sleeps or tires of caring for you. You can trust His love and wisdom.

Have all your little ones left home? Wait expectantly for the God of All Comfort who is always with you and with them. You can trust His love and wisdom.

Is your heart breaking for your wayward sons and daughters? Wait expectantly for the Shepherd and Overseer of Souls to bring them in, to bring them safely home. You can trust His love and wisdom.

In the morning lay your requests before the Lord and wait expectantly — He hears your voice and will answer in due time (Ps. 5:3). We can trust everything He says and does. Today and every day, praise God for what He has promised!
