I want to encourage you not to rush through your mourning, but to submit to the grace of God as you wrestle and weep and wait. The Lord will keep you moment by moment, day by day, month by month, year by year. My heart didn’t begin to feel free of the overwhelming sadness of losing Parker until just after his first birthday.
